Started at one desk. Still answers the phone.
Noor Voyages opened its door on Rue Jarry East in 2025 with a single desk and a single rule: every trip gets a human. No call-centre maze, no chatbot purgatory - a named agent who picks up on the first ring and stays with you from quote to come-home.
Today we are a bilingual team of four who have spent 2+ years booking everything - Umrah packages, Maldives honeymoons, Cancun family weeks, multi-country group tours. We do not upsell. We do not disappear after you pay. We just plan the trip we would want ourselves.
